HOOPING HULAGANS

 How long has been since you've HULA HOOPED? Too long, right? Well, not anymore … and DON'T say "I can't do that" or "I have not done that since I was kid" or "I can't keep that thing up anymore." YOU CAN DO IT!

 Oh, ye of little faith. Come on out and try it. It's so much fun. It's not hard at all. If anything, you will be doing A LOT of laughing.

 We are called the "Hoopin Hulagans." Come on out and JOIN us! We are here for fitness and fun, so come on by and learn to Hula Hoop! We will be jamming to some rocking music and enjoying good friends! We ask you to bring lots of water and, if you like, some healthy snacks.

 ALL CLASSES ARE FREE. You will need to purchas a HOOP. Melody will have hoops for you to try till you find the right one. Once you find that special hoop, you can then purchase it. Or you can just rent a hoop. Melody also offers arm hoops, which are great for upper body workouts.

 Come on out on Wednesdays, 6:00 – 7:30 p.m., in the Leesburg area (Forest Ridge off of Catoctin Circle) Nearby VOTECH High School.

Want a new way to a healthier BODY? I have recently been introduced to ZUMBA. What is ZUMBA? you may ask. It is nothing short of a GREAT DANCE WORKOUT!

Zumba is a mix of Latin and international dances, so you shake your hips like you have never shaken them before. Talk about FUN FUN FUN!!!

Come with me to the next class being held at Rhythm Dance Center in Herndon. Tanja and KiKi teach the classes. Be ready to SWEAT. Don't forget to bring your WATER bottle and towel, because you will need them!!
